Use Foracort Capsules/Rotacaps as directed by your doctor. Please check the label on the medication for exact dosing instructions. Foracort Rotacaps have to be used with a special inhaler called the Cipla Rotahaler. To remove the capsule from the packaging, peel back the foil and tip the capsule out. Do not cut the foil or use anything sharp to remove the capsule. The recommended adult dosage (18 years of age and above) is two inhalations, twice daily.Contraindications

Infection of the mouth and throat may occur in case of long term use of Foracort Rotacaps. Decrease in bone mineral density may also occur in certain patients. Administration of high doses for long periods of time may result in additional systemic effects like Cushing's syndrome, Cushingoid features, adrenal suppression, growth retardation in children and adolescents, cataract and glaucoma.Side Effects of Foracort Rotacaps
The common side effects of Foracort Rotacaps with an incidence rate of 3% or more areAsthma: nasopharyngitis, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, pharygolaryngeal pain, sinusitis, influenza, back pain, nasal congestion, stomach discomfort, vomiting, and oral candidiasis.
COPD: nasopharyngitis, oral candidiasis, bronchitis, sinusitis. upper respiratory tract infections.
