Where are the products you offer shipped from?
The medications we offer are produced by well-known internationally recognized manufacturers such as Cipla and Dr. Reddy’s. All orders are sent by our licensed branch from India or Singapore.
What shipping methods are available?
- Registered air mail to most countries, USD 16.50 (delivery within 20-35 working days)
- EMS speed post to Australia, USA and UK, USD 30 (delivery within 20-35 working days)

How do you ship orders? Will I have to sign for the package?
We do not send unregistered air mail in order to avoid the medicine falling into the hands of children. The recipient needs to sign for the package. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
What if the order is not received during the time stated?
The Swiss Pharmacy stands for reliability, punctuality and discreetness. Our goal is your utmost satisfaction with the products and the services we provide. In case the order has not been received within 34 working days, or is not in the condition you can expect from a Swiss Company, we guarantee a replacement, free of charge, or your payment back!
What to do if my order is lost?
We will reship or refund any order which was not delivered, provided we will be informed about the non-delivery within 10 calendar weeks from the shipping date. No re-shipments or refunds can be made, if reported to us after 10 weeks.
Do I need to worry about customs duty, taxes or exchange rates?
Medication imported for personal use is usually not held up by the customs and is not charged with duty or tax. All VISA transactions are charged in US Dollars. Your bank will charge a foreign currency transaction fees if you do not have a US Dollars account.
