Uses of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine HCl Tablets (Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista)
Tadalafil and Dapoxetine HCl Tablets (Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista) are used to achieve and maintain erections and delay premature ejaculation in men.
Dapoxetine HCl is a treatment for premature ejaculation (PE) in men 18 to 64 years old who have all of the following :
ejaculation in less than 2 minutes following penetration, on most occasions, with little stimulation and before the man wishes to; and marked personal distress and interpersonal difficulty as a result of premature ejaculation (premature ejaculation troubles the man and his partner); and poor control over ejaculation.
Tadalafil is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED)in men.

Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista – Contraindications
- Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Dapoxetine Hydrochloride or Tadalafil to any of the non active ingredients.
- Administration of Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista to patients using any form of organic nitrate is contraindicated. Tadalafil, present in these medicines was shown to potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates.
- Administration of this medicine with guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as riociguat is contraindicated.
- This medicine is contraindicated in patients with significant pathological cardiac conditions (such as heart failure (NYHA class II-IV), conduction abnormalities (second- or third-degree AV block or sick sinus syndrome) not treated with a permanent pacemaker, significant ischemic heart disease or significant valvular disease.
- This medicine is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI. Similarly, an MAOI should not be administered within 7 days after Tadalafil and Dapoxetine tablets have been discontinued
- This medication is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with Thioridazine, or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with thioridazine. Similarly, thioridazine should not be administered within 7 days after Tadalafil and Dapoxetine Tablets (Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista) has been discontinued.
- This medicine is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with serotonin reuptake inhibitors [selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors(SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs)] or other medicinal/herbal products with serotonergic effects.
- This medicine is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, Saquinavir, Telithromycin, Nefazodone, Nelfinavir,Atazanavir, etc..
- This medicine is contraindicated in patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment.
- Treatment with Tadalafil and Dapoxetine tablets should be avoided in patients with a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction.

Combining alcohol with Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista may increase alcohol-related neurocognitive effects and may also enhance neurocardiogenic adverse events such as syncope, thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury; therefore, patients should be advised to avoid alcohol while taking Super Tadalista or Super Vidalista tablets.
Tadalafil and Dapoxetine Tablets (Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista) Overdosage
Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista overdose symptoms are a combination of the overdose symptoms of Tadalafil and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride. There were no unexpected adverse events in a clinical pharmacology study of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride with daily doses up to 240 mg (two 120 mg doses given 3 hours apart), which is four times the amount present in Super Tadalista and Super Vidalista. In general, symptoms of overdose with SSRIs like Dapoxetine include serotonin-mediated adverse reactions such as somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness.
Single doses up to 500 mg of Tadalafil have been given to healthy subjects, and multiple daily doses up to 100 mg have been given to patients. Adverse events were similar to those seen at lower doses.
In cases of overdose, standard supportive measures should be taken as necessary.
