Nolvadex Dosage

A starting dose of 20 mg is common when preventing breast cancer. The Nolvadex dosage can range from 20 to 40 mg a day when used to treat breast cancer.
Nolvadex is prescribed for metastatic breast cancer for varying lengths of time. It is depending on the cancer’s response to the treatment.
Nolvadex is usually prescribed for 5 years, if it is used as adjuvant therapy for early-stage breast cancer. The recommended dose is 20 mg a day – irrespective of weight and age.
