Finasteride Tablets (F-Pecia) are used to treat male pattern hair loss. Finasteride is also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with an enlarged prostate.
Finasteride 1 mg Tablets – Dosage
For Hair loss treatment, take one tablet of Finasteride 1 mg daily or as directed by your doctor. This medication may be taken with or without meals.
For maximum benefit, take Propecia regularly once a day. Normally, this drug must be taken regularly for 3 months for the benefits to be noticeable. Once treatment is stopped before this duration any gain in hair quantity will be lost.
