Lovegra jelly is contraindicated in persons with a hypersensitivity (allergy) to Sildenafil Citrate or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. - Caution is advised when Lovegra Jelly is co-administered with alpha-blockers or anti -hypertensives . Concomitant use may lead to hypotension
- Decreased blood pressure and syncope may occur at higher sildenafil exposures. In patients taking strong CYP inhibitors, such as Ritonavir, Sildenafil exposure is increased. Decrease in Lovegra Jelly dosage is recommended
- The use of Lovegra Jelly offers no protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Counseling of patients about the protective measures necessary to guard against sexually transmitted diseases, including the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), may be considered.
Effect On Ability To Drive And Use Machines
Since transient visual disturbances and dizziness have been reported in some patients undergoing treatment with Sildenafil Citrate (Lovegra Oral Jelly), patients should be aware of how they react to Sildenafil before driving or operating machinery, and the doctor should advise accordingly.
