Is your site secure?
Confidentiality All the information you provide is confidential and is not given to any third parties. On our site, you fill in a form to order your medications. Your personal information inserted is used for the delivery of goods and for and orders confirmation message. This information is also used to contact the customer if needed. The information is not used for any spam or promotional messages etc.
Security We do not have any access to the customers credit card information. Our sales department can see only the last four digits of your credit card in the database. All the data from the "checkout page" is directly transferred to the secure server of the payment system of the processor. Payments security is ensured by encrypting your personal information during its transfer from the customer to the bank for the processing. We use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt the information you input.

How does SWIFT bank transfer work?
SWIFT is an easy and fast way to transfer money from abroad. It is a direct bank-to-bank transaction. The bank which transfers the funds sends the instruction for payment to our bank. The transaction will be credited to our account within 24 to 72 hours. If you send us a proof of your payment, the order will be dispatched immediately.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
Refund / Reship Policy
Your satisfaction with the products and the services we provide is our prime aim. In case the order has not been received within 28 working days, we guarantee a replacement, free of charge, or your money back!
What you should do in this case:
- Check the delivery time
If the package was sent by Registered airmail , the order will arrive within 8-28 working days, if sent by EMS it will arrive within 8-15 working days . Since the medication comes from India or Singapore the delivery takes that long. - Contact our customer support service
If the dead-line has been missed, please contact us to inform us of the problem. We will check the matter with the postal services and if they are not able to resolve the problem on their own, we will send you a replacement or refund your payment at your request. Refund procedure time depends on the banks’ transaction processing time and takes approximately 5-7 days.
Please mind: disputing a charge (charge back issue) without contacting the merchant first is treated as a credit card fraud. Both the credit card and the holder’s details (name, address, IP address, e-mail address) will be blacklisted and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division).
